You can redeem your points for free menu items and more by logging into your Starbird Account whether - in the app or online. Loyalty members get bonus rewards on their birthday, a welcome offer for joining and so much more.
Every reward has a unique expiration date, which you can find in its description.
Stars can be redeemed for free menu items, like tender boxes and fries.
When you're ready to use a reward in your loyalty account, simply add it to your digital order at checkout via the app, kiosk or website or scan the reward at the register with a cashier. The reward will automatically apply to the qualifying item in your order. Be sure to read the reward details for any special purchase requirements!
Unfortunately no, you can only use one reward at a time. That’s just how our system is currently set up, but if you’re rolling in the stars and rewards, you should know we think you’re awesome.
Our mobile app is the best way to experience Starbird Loyalty. To earn stars in the restaurant without a mobile device, you'll need to keep your receipt and submit a points request in our app or login via the kiosk before ordering.

If you forgot to log in via the kiosk or ordered at the cashier during your last visit, keep your receipt handy and submit your receipt for points via the Starbird app or contact the Starbird Support helpline, www.starbirdchicken.com/contact. Be sure to submit your Stars Request within 30 days of the transaction.
Stars do not apply to orders placed before you joined Starbird Loyalty. Delivery fees and tips are not eligible to earn stars, and neither are purchases made on third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash or Postmates), orders placed online as a guest, purchases of a gift card, or a catering order.
Stars will be added to the your Starbird account upon consummation of the qualifying transaction or activity garnering points. This usually happens within 30 minutes. In certain cases, it may take twenty-four (24) hours or more for stars to be added. If they’re still missing after that time, contact Starbird support at www.starbirdchicken.com/contact and have your receipt handy.
