To be considered, please complete this form at least one month before your fundraiser (held Monday - Thursday). After receiving your application, we’ll notify you if we can confirm the date and provide next steps.
We don't provide monetary gifts outside of fundraisers. If you need a food donation for an event, specify in the descriptions.
A W9 form is required.
Examples of organizations we have supported through Fundraisers include Sports Clubs, Schools, Preschools, Church Groups, Parent Teacher Organizations, Basketball & Little League Teams, Sororities/Fraternities, Cheerleading Squads, Camps, Student groups such as Student Councils, Booster Clubs, Swim Teams, and more!

Your supporters can participate in your fundraiser by doing any of the following:
Order online at starbirdchicken.com on the designated date and enter the promo code for the unique fundraiser at checkout. Your organization receives credit for dine-in, take-out, and online orders. No order minimum and any menu item is eligible for donation. This fundraiser does not apply to third-party delivery or catering orders. Or gift card purchases
Starbird fundraisers are hosted weekly from Monday to Thursday. A minimum of three weeks’ notice is required to schedule your event. This window gives you the chance to spread the word to your group’s friends, followers, and supporters to maximize attendance. Dates vary based on the restaurant, when you submit a request, select your preferred date and our organizer will contact you with confirmation of the date, or an alternative recommendation
A flyer will be designed for your Fundraising event. Once your Fundraising event has been approved, our team will provide a flyer with complete details of your event for you to distribute to your Fundraising community. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our restaurants, including the parking lot, before or during the event.
The Starbird team will contact you within 1 week of your event with the total sales participation and results
